LASER PROCESSING SERVICES

The installation of the new generation FL300 tube laser, manufactured and installed by TTM (the first of its kind in the UK) opens up a wide range of opportunities for our customers, we can create the most innovative products and solutions, to the highest level of accuracy and repeatability through our Laser Processing Services.

We have the ability to change from cutting mild steel to stainless within minutes utilising our Laser Processing Services.

With a cutting range from 12mm dia up to 305mm dia circles, and from 12mm up to 250mm square and rectangular tubes, plus a wide range of open sections including angles, and channels the possibilities are endless.

Added to this we have the benefit of bespoke CAD & CAM software that allows us to draw and design in 3D ensuring that the products match our customers requirements. Combined with the additional benefit of product continuity we can ensure that from the first through to the last piece we produce, they will be identical.

With an extensive stock range at our disposal, prototypes, specials or product re-designs can be produced almost instantaneously, accelerating the time-to-market.

TTM FL300 3D

FL 300 is a laser tube cutting machine with 3D or 2D cutting head that allows three-dimensional machining of pipes and profiles in a diameter range between 20mm and 305 mm, squares between 20mm and 250mm, angles to 200x200mm maximum and channels to 230x90mm maximum.

Automated bundle loading from the rear or single bar from the front via multi point chain system, maximum length 12.5 mtrs with a bar weight of 60kg/mtr maximum.

Supported through the cutting process by 3 mandrills to multi-preset ejection points to a maximum finished part length of 12 mtrs.

LT8 3D laser

The LT8 is a 3D laser cutting machine producing high quality and extremely precise laser cut parts. Tube diameters from 12mm to 220 mm and a bar weight up to 35 Kg/m. Squares to 200mm and channels to 180×75.

Both automated bundle and single bar loading to a maximum length of 8.5 mtrs producing a finished part of up to 6 mtrs maximum.
